Event for Exposed Client Listing Screen

 Purpose

The Event for Exposed Client Listing screen allows you to select one of the client's associated events and subsequently view the exposed client listing for the client for this event. The Exposed Client Listing is a list of persons the client you are working with has potentially exposed. There are separate exposed client listings maintained on a per event basis.

Note that your client may not have any associated events, but may be a Secondary Exposure who in turn exposes other clients. For example, Client A was involved in an event. Client B is on Client A's exposed listing for the event. Now you want to enter the exposed client listing for Client B. You will want to choose "None - Client is secondary exposure" on the Event for Exposed Client Listing screen.

Select Event for the Exposed Client Listing

To select an event for the exposed client listing, perform the following steps:

  1. Click on the 'manage client' hyperlink from the Menu Panel on the left side of the Main screen.

  2. Search for and select the client whose exposed client listing you want to view. The Edit Client screen displays.

  3. Click on the Exposed Clients button. The Event for Exposed Client Listing screen displays.

  4. The system can maintain a separate exposed client listing on a per event basis. Choose the event for the exposed client listing you want to display. If your client is a case of a secondary exposure, click "None - Client is secondary exposure."

  5. Click the OK button. The system will show you the exposed client listing for this client and for the event you selected.
