Job Detail Screen |
Purpose |
The Job Detail Screen shows the number of rows successfully loaded into the system for an inventory file that was formatted correctly. Note: Container items are ignored and not loaded into the system, so the data rows in file may not match the data rows successfully processed, even if the job completely successfully.
Download Response File |
To download the response file, follow these steps:
Click on the 'job monitor' hyperlink from the Menu Panel on the left side of the Main screen. The Job Monitor displays.
Find the COMPLETED job you want to select from the listing. The list is sorted top to bottom from most recent job to least recent job.
Click the Job Name hyperlink. The Job Detail screen displays.
Click the Response File hyperlink. The response file shows brief information about the date and time the job was loaded, the organization the load took place in, and who performed the load. Information is logged to the download log each time a user views the response file.
Information Provided |
The following table describes the output fields of the Summary Information section of this screen:

Data Rows Successfully Processed |
The number of rows that were loaded, which resulted in either the creation of a new inventory item or an addition to the quantity for an existing inventory item.
