Job Error Screen |
Purpose |
The Job Error Screen gives a descriptive message for the row in which the first error was encountered, causing the system to reject the file. Some errors you may encounter are that the column is badly formatted or the field has too many characters.
Download Inventory File |
To download the inventory file, follow these steps:
Click on the 'job monitor' hyperlink from the Menu Panel on the left side of the Main screen. The Job Monitor displays.
Find the ERROR job you want to select from the listing. The list is sorted top to bottom from most recent job to least recent job.
Click the Job Name hyperlink. The Job Error screen displays.
Click the Inventory File hyperlink. The inventory file consists of all the data rows of the file with blank lines omitted. The row number in the error message corresponds to the non-blank row number in the Inventory File. For example, if the error message says that Row 50 has a badly formatted column, and your file had a blank line separating every other row, then look for the bad row in Row 100 of your file.
