Create Manual Order |
Purpose |
The Create Manual Order Screen allows you to create a new order on behalf of another organization. The process is almost identical to creating an order for your organization. The only difference is that you first choose the organization for which you are creating the order. You may only create manual orders for organizations which have an organization type that is not equal to School, State, or HMO.
Creating a Manual Order |
To create a manual order, follow these steps:
Click on the 'manual orders' hyperlink from the Menu Panel on the left side of the Main screen. The Create Manual Order screen displays.
Choose the organization you want to create the order for. You may choose any organization that has complete address information for at least one site associated to it.
Click the Create Order button. The Create Order screen displays.
Enter an amount for each product you want to order. Click the Save button.
Continue with the workflow for the Create Order screen.
