Request Transaction Summary Screen

 Purpose

The Request Transaction Summary screen allows an administrator to generate and print a report containing information on the transactions that have taken place within an organization or within individual sites. A transaction is a single instance of an addition or subtraction from inventory. The Transaction Summary report gives a high-level view compared to the detailed information in the regular Transaction Report.

 Generating the Report

To generate the Transaction Summary report, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the 'transaction summary' hyperlink from the Menu Panel on the left side of the Main screen. The Request Transaction Summary screen displays.

  2. Enter values for each of the criteria fields on the screen. The criteria consists of the following fields: Event, Site, SNS/OJA, and report date range.

  3. Click the Generate Report button. The system displays the report in PDF format.

  4. Send the report output to the printer from the PDF window in which the report displays.
