Client Reports Screen

 Purpose

The Reports Available for Client screen exists so that, after finding a client in the registry, a user may generate and/or print several different types of reports for that client.

 Functionality

The Reports Available for Client screen is accessible from either the Edit Client screen or the Immunization History screen, and cannot be accessed directly from the Menu Panel/Status Bar. A client must first be found using the Manage Client/Immunizations screen. Then, after accessing either of the above two screens, the Reports Available for Client screen can be reached by clicking on the  Reports  button.

At the top of the screen there is a client information header displaying various relevant information, the same as in the Immunization History screen. This can be used to verify the client being reported on.

  1. To produce an Official Immunization, Confidential Immunization, or Immunizations Needed report, click on the Official Immunization, Confidential Immunization, or Immunizations Needed hyperlink as desired.

  2. To produce a Vaccine Administration report, first choose the site whose inventory will show on the report by selecting a site from the 'Site' pick list. Then click on the Vaccine Administration hyperlink.

  3. After the system generates the selected report, it will automatically be displayed using the Adobe Acrobat Reader.  *Note*

Vaccine Administration

Displays demographics, contact information, immunization history, as well as immunizations available.

Official Immunization

Displays demographics, registry data, contact information, as well as a detailed immunization history.

Confidential Immunization

Displays demographics and detailed immunization history.  No address or contact information is displayed.

Immunizations Needed

Displays demographics, contact information, immunization history, as well as immunizations needed.

If the computer does not have Adobe Acrobat Reader version 9.3 or greater installed on it, then please see the "**REPORT VIEWING REQUIREMENTS**" notification on the New Client Form screen, or contact your administrator.
