View Order Screen |

Purpose |
The View Order screen is used to view the details of an order and if you are an order filling organization you can also fill the order or view the transfer for the order.

Viewing the Order |
In order to access the View Order screen, the order must be in the appropriate status for your organization's role. If you are an organization who submits orders, in order to view an order, it cannot be in Pending status. Follow these steps:
Click on the 'manage orders' hyperlink from the Menu Panel on the left side of the Main screen. The Manage Orders screen displays.
Select an order by clicking the Status hyperlink for the order. You must choose an order that does not have a Pending status. The View Order screen displays.
After you finish reviewing the details of the order, click the Cancel button to return to the Manage Orders screen.
To view an order as a filling organization, follow these steps:
Click on the 'manage orders' hyperlink from the Menu Panel on the left side of the Main screen. The Manage Orders screen displays.
Click the radio button next to the order you wish to view. It must be an order which is not in Pending status.
Click the View Order button. The View Order screen displays.
After you finish reviewing the details of the order, click the Cancel button to return to the Manage Orders screen.

The receiving site for the organization submitting the order as indicated on the Create Order Screen. |

The address of the site listed. |

The contact for the site listed. |

The phone number of the site listed. |

Event |
The event that the order is placed for. Used in event-based ordering to restrict the inventory used to fill it. |

Order Qty |
The amount that the organization submitted the order has requested |

Order Qty Unit |
The units that the order qty is measured in. |
|
Product Description |
The free-text description of the product that was ordered. |
|
Ship Qty |
The quantity of product which was shipped to fill the order. |
|
Ship Qty Units |
The units that the ship qty was measured in. |
|
Backordered Qty |
The quantity of product which is being backordered to fulfill the order. |
|
Backordered Qty Units |
The units that the backordered qty is measured in. |
|
Denied Qty |
The quantity of product the State has denied. |
|
Denied Qty Units |
The units in which the denied quantity is measured. |

Functionality |
The functionality on the View Order screen allows you to view the details of an order. Additionally if you are an organization who can fill orders you can go to fill the order.
